Breast Health

In honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month I decided to create a video about Breast Health.

As a woman I can say I fully understand the importance of breast health for women and the importance of performing self breast exams on a monthly basis.

But there is more to consider than just exams. They are a good start but there are other measures you can take to keep your breasts healthy and happy.

Take a moment to watch my short video on this subject and “your girls” will thank you for it!

So remember, do the self exam and take the other steps I recommend…..

Detoxification Part 2

For this weeks focus, I am continuing to speak on the topic of Detoxification. I decided to expand on the first video I made on this topic because of questions my patients have been bringing to my office.

Here are the most common questions I have been getting; “is detoxification right for me?” “how do I get started?” and “what is most important to consider?”.

Now, in this video I talk more about the specifics you should consider with any detoxification program you choose to work with.

But I want to emphasize the importance of mindset. You must consider why you are considering taking a break from your usual dietary habits. Your goals will largely direct how and when you do your detox program and these goals will keep you motivated.Motivation and intention are key to your success. Put some time into considering these aspects for yourself.

Enjoy this video that I made for you and enjoy our transition into fall!

Detox Part 1

This week I am speaking on the topic of detoxification. I am aware that there are many considerations that go into choosing a good detox plan, if you choose to explore this option.

I recommend getting professional advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any detox plan and suggest you take into consideration all of your personal health challenges and goals. You want to respect your own body’s strengths and limitations when going through a detox process.

So I made this video for you to give you some general guidelines when preparing for a detox process. Watch it today and consider some form of detoxification, even if it is very mild or involves some small changes in your diet.

Thanks for watching and remember….
